This policy explains what personal data PakMadee collects, why, and your choices. We aim to collect only what we need to run the marketplace.

1. What we collect

• Account: name, email and/or phone, password (hashed).
• Orders: delivery address, phone, order contents, and status.
• Sellers: store details, bank account for payouts, and a business/CNIC document reference for verification.
• Usage: first-party events (product views, add-to-cart, checkout, purchase) to improve the store.

2. How we use it

• To create your account and process and deliver orders.
• To share the delivery address with the relevant seller and courier so they can fulfil your order.
• To settle payouts to sellers and meet tax/withholding obligations (FBR).
• To detect and prevent fraud and abuse, and to provide support.

3. Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary with the seller fulfilling your order, delivery couriers, and payment/messaging providers acting on our behalf. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Security and retention

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it. Dispute records are retained for a limited period to resolve and audit disputes.

5. Your choices

• Access or update your profile in your account.
• Request deletion of your account and associated personal data (subject to legal retention).
• Choose the most privacy-preserving cookie/consent options where offered.
