Terms of Service

PakMadee (“the platform”, “we”) is an online marketplace that connects independent Pakistani sellers with buyers. By using PakMadee you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Who we are

PakMadee is a marketplace, not the seller of the goods listed. Each product is sold by an independent, verified seller who is responsible for their listings, stock, fulfilment, and after-sale support. We facilitate discovery, ordering, payment settlement, and dispute handling.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• One account may both shop and, once its store is approved, sell.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Orders and payment

• Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable seller-set shipping.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently the primary payment method; you pay the courier on delivery.
• A single order may split into per-seller sub-orders, each fulfilled and tracked separately.
• We may cancel an order suspected of fraud or abuse.

4. Prohibited conduct

You may not use PakMadee to sell illegal, counterfeit, or unsafe goods, to harass others, to manipulate reviews, or to abuse returns, coupons, or the dispute system.

5. Reviews and content

Reviews should reflect genuine experience. We may hide or remove content that is fraudulent, abusive, or violates these Terms.

6. Liability

The platform is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, PakMadee is not liable for the acts or omissions of independent sellers or couriers, or for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here. These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to the courts of Pakistan.
