Seller Agreement
Last updated: 11 September 2026
This Agreement governs selling on PakMadee. By applying to open a store and listing products, you accept these terms in addition to the Terms of Service.
1. Eligibility & verification
- You must be able to lawfully sell your goods in Pakistan.
- An admin reviews every application; we may approve, decline, or later suspend a store that breaches this Agreement.
- You provide accurate business/identity and bank-payout details.
2. Your listings & fulfilment
- Listings must be accurate (photos, description, price, stock) and not infringe others’ rights.
- You fulfil confirmed orders within your stated dispatch time and keep stock current.
- You honour your published return policy and cooperate in good faith to resolve disputes.
3. Commission, tax & payouts
- Commission: PakMadee charges a platform commission per store (shown in your dashboard), deducted from the order subtotal at settlement.
- Withholding tax: as a marketplace, PakMadee acts as a withholding agent on payments to sellers under Pakistan’s e-commerce tax rules (rates depend on your filer status; confirm current rates with an accountant). Amounts withheld are shown in your payout ledger.
- Payout: your payout = subtotal + shipping − commission − withholding, on delivered (settled) orders, paid to your registered bank account.
4. Prohibited conduct
No counterfeit, illegal, or unsafe goods; no review manipulation; no off-platform circumvention of orders placed on PakMadee; no misuse of buyer data (use delivery details only to fulfil the order).
5. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or remove a store for breach, fraud, repeated disputes, or legal risk. You may close your store at any time; obligations for orders already placed survive.
